The Arts and Environment-Discussions on Meaningful Project Making
An Scioból: The Courtyard Gallery @ Uillinn Saturday 1st August: 11:30 - 12:30
West Cork based individuals and organisations come together with the Hometree Dinnseanchas team, to discuss their experiences of, and the challenges in nature-led project making through the arts.
The session will include; resident members from the Dinnseanchas team, Clonakilty based Geata Arts (Samhain Festival), Green Skibbereen (Ilen River Catchment Project), and Rathbarry based Curator and Musician Caimin Walshe (Civic Engagement Curator at Ormston House Limerick). The session will be moderated by Curator Róisín Foley.
This event forms part of The Art(s) of Climate Action, an annual festival programme centred around local participation in the arts and environment. With thanks to Dinnseanchas for support and collaboration.
