Skibbereen Arts Festival has commissioned Skibbereen native Jack Field to create a trail of murals throughout the town featuring six of our famous sons and daughters.
Figures include Dr. Dan Donovan, Denis O'Sullivan, Agnes Mary Clerke, Mick McCarthy, Jeremiah O'Donovan Rossa and Ellen Mary Clerke.
Jack Field is an Illustrator and street artist from Skibbereen but based in Dublin. He has a strong interest in all visual arts particularly picture books, street art and graphic novels.
His work is often influenced by pop culture and graphic art but also in the narrative that goes with the art.
