For many years West Cork has been a haven for artistic talent and is recognised as being one of Europe’s cultural hotspots.
Skibbereen pays homage this year to this vibrant fabric of our community that is the arts that in these uncertain times are more important than ever.

As well as the many world-class artists and events coming to town, there will also be many cultural and sporting events taking place and a very special Skibbereen Children’s Festival.

We could all do with some cheering up and we hope that whatever your taste and whether you are 7 or 77, you will fi nd something to whet your appetite. There’s certainly a wide choice.

Thanks to all the volunteers who’ve helped in any way to get this festival up and running, to our sponsors and funders without whom it would have been impossible and to the people and businesses of Skibbereen who supported the various fundraising events throughout the year.
