Welcome to our Sunday morning event "Nourishing Sound in the Park" facilitated by Elizabeth Ewing

Many of us have really missed the beauty and simplicity of being able to sing together with others over the last year and a half. In this workshop you are invited and guided to open up your voice and try a few simple, joyful and effective Vocal Practises.

These practices can then be used in your daily life to help you relax, release stress, and enjoy the present moment more. Together we will also have fun creating our own unique Sound Scape

Weather permitting, you will be treated to a relaxing mini Sound Bath, where you sit/lie back and receive soothing gentle sounds, to shift your awareness, becoming even more soothed and relaxed - all ready for a chilled out Sunday!

*Please bring a waterproof rug/mat to lie on, drinking water and wear layered clothing.

“Non singers" especially welcome!

This event is free but booking is essential. Spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
